Christmas Worship Times

Christmas Eve - 24th

A favourite with families. Mums, Dads, Nanna and Pop - and don't forget the kids!

7pm to 7.45pm   for a lively celebration of the birth of Jesus.

Christmas Day - 25th

9.30am.  Join us for a meaningful and joyful reflection on the coming of the Redeemer Jesus.

 
Christmas Festival 2009 - better than ever!

Do something unique and memorable with your family this Christmas!

Don't miss this year's Christmas Festival, Share a Christmas Dream.

ImageFrom Thurs 11 Dec - Wed 23 Dec, 7pm - 10pm for 6 nights, in and around the chapel precincts.

  • Lifesize nativity scene - dress-up and have your photo taken
  • Memory Room - remember a loved one with a prayer and candle
  • Free coffee/tea and cake
  • Christmas stalls
  • Christmas lights, displays and stories
  • Childrens activities
  • Christmas Tree where you can leave a food item for a family in need our community
  • Local entertainment at 7pm each night. 
There will be different entertainment acts each night at 7pm

  • Thursday: Newport Lakes Primary School Choir
  • Friday: Hobsons Bay City Band
  • Saturday: Animal Farm and free children's activities
  • Monday: Willin Wimmin
  • Tuesday: Altona Community Choir
  • Wednesday: Newport Community Choir
Entry is by gold coin donation (Suggested $2 per adult/$5 per family.)
